I did LOL at my one trip to Optus Stadium that on the way out there was a massive queue milling around the bottom of the concourse area funneling out one exit point when there were a handful open going to the same place.

I think there is something supernatural going on with Carlton's shitness. I think it has to do with Murphy and Simpson still being on our list. Not a comment on their playing abilities, but they are the only remaining pre-Judd players at the club. I think until they leave the stench of the noughties will remain.

Cruiser is your biggest issue, as useless around the ground as Sandi but with the lackadaisical approach to a winnable ball a metre away as Zac Clarke.

Anyone go to the dishies at Cannington? Are the meals and drinks there cheap? Generally a good night out? Got a few Mondays off for a while so keen to head over one night.

Cannington Racecourse, thought I wrote that. It's the biggest meet isn't it? Though I guess Mandurah would be big these days with the Perth poms having some sort of need to live at polar ends of Perth.

Dishies = greyhounds if that wasn't evident.

Can't say I've ever been, but it's in Cannington so it can't be that great. Don't agree with greyhound racing on principle either.

I went to the dogs at Cannington a handful of times many years ago, didn't mind it for a bit of fun but an absolute hotspot for bogan trash. Might have been to Mandurah once and I doubt it was much different.

I think it's a bit less all over the place from the horses, in terms of having fun with bets. I also think it's corrupt but in a way that's a bit more obvious than horse racing. Bit more working class too. I know it ain't great.

Mainly there's a lot of dogs in Sydney that have cheap meals and pint deals where it's $18 for the two and then you can piss the rest of a 50 away on bets. Ultimately I'm just bored and I don't mind the idea of it, which is odd considering outer suburbs + bogans + poms is just about the least enticing combo ever (still more enticing than East Vic Park though aye).
