There's two. The one with the witch trials (Massachusetts) and the capital of Oregon.

Providence- there's another one I know from the movies, ie. Dumb and Dumber
I knew Bismarck from The Simpsons.

The capital of North Dakota is named after which German leader?

Hitler!

I would have said Ithaca for NY, who knows why.

Is Boston legit the only major city that is the capital as well?
/And Atlanta, Georgia?
Phoenix, and I guess Indianapolis and Honolulu count.

Serious question is that a state?

Is the District of Columbia considered a state?

Washington, DC, isn't a state; it's a district. DC stands for District of Columbia. ... Congress established the federal district in 1790 to serve as the nation's capital, from land belonging to the states of Maryland and Virginia.

Why is the District of Columbia not part of the United States?

The U.S. Constitution provides for a federal district under the exclusive jurisdiction of Congress; the district is therefore not a part of any U.S. state (nor is it one itself).
