Worked both when I was in Uni at Melbourne around 2009-2010ish. Decent work. Pay was low 20's plus weekend loading. Never had to work later then about 11 as games are finished so it's good for going out after. You won't get big 8 hours shifts (and the $$$) like other bars, and there is little to no mid week work so it's all weekends.
I always preferred working sporting events then bars/clubs/pubs etc. but others don't.
Cool, were they more around the 4 to 5 hours shift mark?

yep pretty much. cricket you'll get longer shifts but only about 10 days over the whole summer.

Ended up with a charge 2.
Has anyone had an Australian Federal Police check done recently? I sent mine away almost three weeks ago and still no response received. My wife received hers back the next day with the all clear. Also, would a speeding fine which was delivered by court rather than an infringement be the reason for the delay or just a backlog and I was unlucky?

I had this issue last Christmas- tried to get matte black EVERYWHERE. Found shiny black at this $2 shop which had to do.
That's exactly what I was after. I settled for matte white and black accoutrements instead.
