What's Johnny Diesel done with his "hair"? Has he had a dodgy transplant or some type of weird rug?
The last I remember, he was going very bald.

I was at a house party last night having a smoke outside. Someone is outside with me and I offer them a smoke but turns out she already had one in her hand.

She then tried to get a cig off me despite already having one, which I refused as she already had one.

Am I in the wrong?

If I already had cigs, why would I bum them off other people? Thats just poor etiquette to me. If it was her last one, I'm more than happy to give one to her on the next smoke.

It's pretty poor behaviour on her part, yes.

That's not really a reason why.

I used to smoke years ago but quit. If i get drunk and no-one is smoking near me i'm fine. But if i am smashed and i smell cigarette smoke, the old
cravings resurface. There is absolutely no way in the world you could make me smoke when i am sober but when tanked its a different kettle of fish.
Been over a year since i had a smoke .. Though i have a Christmas party this friday so who knows what that will bring !

That kinda makes sense I guess. Look im not criticizing, I mean provided youre not doing it near me in a designated non smoking area go nuts, its your choice, I just don't get why if you don't normally smoke you would do it socially.
Why take drugs or drink alcohol socially if you're not addicted?

Fair question, although there is far less social stigma attached to drinking, not to mention a lot less warnings about the dire health consequences (right or wrong). Drugs have an immediate and substantially more heightened effect than smoking, but of course were not advocating taking them cause they're illegal.

Also a pack of smokes costs the same as a bottle of vodka, pretty crazy when looked at in isolation.

Whats the deal with "social smoking"... I don't understand people who smoke at all, but if youre not "addicted" why do it? I don't get it.
I think the decreased inhibition caused by drinking leads to the increased likelihood of smoking, it is for me anyway.

I also enjoy the social aspect of it as well. Its a different way of connecting than drinking. Not saying it's better, but it's different. Hard to explain.

It's also a reason to smoke. If I'm by myself, I'll resist the cravings of a smoke, but if I'm in a social setting it's like an excuse to partake in unhealthy shit.

It's like clean eating at home but when you go out you'll have a burger and a beer.
