Has anyone ever made themselves become a morning person?

I did for a while. Earlier this year I got up and went to the 4:45 CrossFit session for a few months. Then I had the flu and was off the gym for a week or two and haven't been able to start going at 4:45 again so have reverted to evening sessions.

True
No way was I morning in Melb.
My last trip to melbourne (#rememberflying ) i got up and went for a walk around 6am and saw only council workers. Hard to find a coffee too. Up here some cafes open at 5am and my local one at the beach serves coffee from 430am

I do with American sports, I have the team I follow and then a few other favourite teams where I really like the city or simply just the colours.

what team do you follow, and which teams are the faves that you adorn the colours of?

Was staying at a hotel on Collins st- wasnt sleeping well/wide awake at like 4-5am everyday. So would get up, make a coffee and just watch the street below.

Felt like it was the zombie apocalypse the streets, was so cool

My partner on the other hand, thinks 4.30/5am is the best part of the day as does my SIL who likes to go for a walk and then iron at this time
I am not a super early morning person, but I have found it is the most effective time to carve out an uninterrupted period when I actually have the energy to work.

I’m currently juggling uni, full time work and carer’s duties and studying 5-7am on weekdays is enough to get through my coursework. It means I am pretty cooked by 8pm, but I can still manage an hour or so of social time watching TV or playing a board game.

Previously I was locking myself in the study after dinner, and half the time I was too mentally fried to study effectively anyway.

Would you wear opposition sporting apparel? If you are a ardent follower of your team, would ya?
Yep. Have all 18 teams footy jumpers, good excuse to wear em to nuetral games (say Hawks v WCE, ill either wear a hawks jumper to support my mates or wear the Eagles jumper just to stir them up)

Went to the Gold Coast in January a few years ago, light at 4 30 am and a lot of people starting their day at 5 am.

It's a lifestyle I could get use to.
