Anyone who's ever been to hotel school (which is a whole other story) will put their photo on their resume and I reckon it's just a dumb idea. Unconscious (and conscious) bias already impacts recruitment so much, why give them more opportunities to cross you off the list before an interview?

whoah she's a karen
he looks dodgy

i'm prone to judging people on looks :grimacing:

I've had to start drinking decaf because i was drinking too much normal coffee, is there a better quality decaf brand that people have tried or does most decaf just taste the same?

In Tasmania, it's still common to use to term "cordial", for example:

(Asking for a Coca Cola, Solo, etc.)
"Can I have a can of cordial?"

(Asking for Cottees, etc.)
"Can I have a drink of water cordial?"

I don't hear people use "cordial" in Victoria. Is this used in other states?

Jeepers. I'm glad I don't drink water cordial, that could get embarrassing living in Melbourne!

Cordial for Cottees, yes.

Cordial for soft drinks, what the *?

Interesting haha
We will also use "fizzy cordial" if we need to be specific. People in Melbourne seem to say "soft drink", which I always thought sounded like an Americanisation.
