Not kidding there, because of what is now one of the biggest coincidences in history, long story short, failed assassination attempt lead to the group disbanding, princip went to a cafe for a sandwich and as it happened the lost motorcade containing ol ferdinand went past this cafe on the rest is history that spanned three quarters of the 20th century.

It's even worse than the sheer co-incidence of incompetences that led to the assassination... there was a post WW1 cliche that the Balkans were "the powder keg of Europe", a gross over simplification implying that a war would have happened anyway.
IMO had that assassination not happened by that moment in time, a World War looks a much less likely outcome, for a bunch of tl;dr reasons, and apart from avoiding countless millions of deaths that followed for 80 years up to including the dissolution of the former Yugoslavia, after somewhat less than the years it took in factual history you probably get to having, oh, a very cosmopolitan, somewhat bureaucratic, relatively German dominated European economic community.
