shiiiiiiiietttttttttttt

I am finding this all quite funny.

Am I the only one that finds Dunn, Drum and Duffield all quite similar in the looks department? Not to mention their obsession with D and U's in their name? Will make Saturday's viewing quite hilarious!

It's like the Bill Pullman, Bill Paxton conundrum!

I'm always mixing drum and duffield up and I agree the commentators struggle already so it could be quite funny:D

pretty stupid comment, considering ur basing a performance solely on number of possessions, which doesn't always tell the tale... especially for a backman

Agree, as I said in a previous post in this thread, you cant judge a game on touches. Who did he play on?

Good to see Hadrill gets to play his annual game for us.

Surely they wouldnt play him if he wasnt going to be there next year, though mabey he was the only logical replacement for grover. Personally i would love to see us keep him, fully fit i still believe he is our best full back.

i wouldnt have a clue, i live in adelaide so dont get any coverage, but iv got quite a few family ties up there that support both peel and freo and have been saying he's hit a purple patch

No Sandilands, Carr x2, Headland, Hasleby, Dodd, Black, Grover, Solomon and Peake.

Wow, quite a bit of talent missing. Though you look through the 22 and realise that none of them are out of place at AFL level.

I think Dunn/O'Brien are great inclusions. Hayden has been playing a solo act in the backline for far too long. A few more smalls to help him out could be handy.

I think Browne is auditioning for a spot on the list next year. Probably Haddrill too.

I think your blind mate, there are plenty of guys in that 22 that look out of place. We'll see how the game goes on the weekend.

I think your a stupid internet hero. Which of the players will look out of place at AFL level?

We have a debutant, in Brock O'Brien who's had good WAFL form playing as a back pocket. He hasn't played yet, so you can't judge how he'll go.

Andrew Browne played some good games near the beginning of the year, I distinctly remember him kicking a few goals. He's playing for a spot on the list for next year.

Ryley Dunn, former dual AA under 18's player who has been struck down by chronic injury. He was pick 10 in 2003, not sure you could say he's out of place. His WAFL form was also good.

No-one in the team hasn't been tearing up the WAFL. We aren't debuting Calib Mourish who can't crack league at the moment.

Not surprised by this at all to be honest. We most likely won't make the finals, so Harves is just giving a few of the young guys a run.

Am I the only one who would love to see Roger getting a full blown run in the midfield? He is quick, skillful and composed, which takes out what I perceive his biggest weakness in stopping forwards on the lead.

Call me delusional if you like, but I actually reckon that is still a pretty good team and We will put up a fight on Saturday.

All the in's have been in great form in the WAFL the last few weeks.

I agree, still a handy line up. It shows how badly we have underachieved this year that we can field a reasonable side with 8 or 9 of our best 22 missing.

I'd throw them to the wolves this week.
Haddrill on Treadmill/Lade/Brogan.
Run Browne with Burgoyne or Kane Cornes.
Play Dunn/O'Brien on Motlop/Ebert.

Thats a very inexperienced group of players. Hopefully they all stand up and impress. If nothing else it should be a very interesting game.

On a positive note (most new's this week has been bad...) I'm pretty sure it's Creepy Crowley's 50th this weekend.

*Wipes egg off face*

I made the comment that Murph must be waaaaaaaaaaaaay out of favour cos he didn;t even crack the emergency list.

Bah-bow.... :o

Murph's in on the HFF. Not sure who went out for him though....
