Just bought this vest for winter:

Costs up to $170 on TNF website, $270 on the Iconic. I bought it for $100, and got the last one in my size with the other being bought at the exact same time as I placed the order.
Stoked for winter now
Something called 'down'. Essentially insulation that they do better than other brands.Whats so good about it? Can get the same shit from Kmart for 20 bucks.

Down is feathers (goose or duck or something). I've never understood vests like that. I mean, if it's so cold that you need something with that degree of insulation, you're not going to be wandering around in something that leaves your arms exposed.

Skiing or snowboarding. Keeps your core warm but your arms free to maneuver.
I thought this was pretty cool. Try this; 259 x your age x 39.

Congratulations on your uptake of new technology.

Memory foam pillows. Who ever invented these, thank you.
Isn't the part of the pillow that forms around your head becomes hard? or soft? (never used memory foam)

It appears hard because they are so square, but as soon as you put pressure on it "melts" and moulds into the shape of your head. It feels incredible. I don't have any back or neck problems, but I just like the feel.
