There's a kettle where you can control the temp to which it boils. Has like 5 buttons- my parents have one at their holiday house

Tea needs boiling water. The coffee you get from a barista is usually around 65 degrees, unless you ask for extra hot.

I have one of those kettles, have never changed the temp from max. I drink a lot of green tea, I think that’s not meant to be at boiling but whatever, does the job.
