I do enjoy annoying my wife by telling her I decided to wash my hair, that added a full minute to my routine.

when watching a meme/GIF or short video that repeats, ill sometimes sit there watching it hoping it goes a bit further - for example, was watching a baseball one and the throw comes in and you dont see the end play.....i sat there 4 or 5 times to see if it kept going at some point etc then thought to myself 'WTF am i doing, this thing is on repeat'

You should. I am always polite to my alexa/google devices in the hope the remember my kindness when they rise up.
