The disrespect for the institution! It’s almost like weddings don’t mean anything any more!
My anniversary next week...when we first met
we are going to watch Last Starfighter and eat KFC (home made Karaage ) and have a Strawberry tart,,,just like the day we met...pants optional

I dont eat dinner during the week.

Big breakfast usually between 9 and 10.

Mid morning snack about 11-12

Late Lunch about 3-4

No dinner.

Weekends are different, usually have a brunch (especially love going out for brunch in non covid times) then dinner (no lunch)

Brunch 10ish
Lunch 2 ish
No dinner

I dont dinner unless Im on holiday,,,just to fit in with people

So you are having 3 meals a day - isnt it pedantic to say you arent having dinner?

I understand the 'snack' part but the 2 'big' meals equate to a normal day + most of your eating is done within 7 hours

I eat it at 3-4 o clock amd a snack isn’t a meal.

For a long time I used to eat one small meal a day, at around 6pm.

Now I eat twice a day, or still once if I forget.

No. So a person who says they have yoghurt for lunch is really snacking?
Would you consider a yoghurt a meal?

Frankly I don’t really care, I eat to a schedule that suits me but when I’ve explained it to others they’ve thought it was weird.

I’d say I have two meals and snacks amd I don’t eat at a normal dinner time, you happier with that captain pedantic?
 
Rarely eaten breakfast In the past 35 years. Maybe a snack around 10. Usually lunch and dinner. I ain’t getting up earlier just to eat. The body can do a lot of what you train it to do.
Ive been on 2 meals a day for years with 18 hours of fasting between the last meal linner and next meal brunch
Feels normal and I dont snack black tea when I get up, one coffee no sugar at 4.
