Time to give each player a mid-season review... here's mine:

Kyle Archibald - N/A (not fair to assess)
Justin Blumfield - 1 (injuries have hampered, but l'm sick of saying this)
Joel Bowden - 6 (best and worst are too far apart. would love to see him have a great second half to increase value at trade table.)
Nathan Brown - 8 (feel sorry for him, wouldnt blame you if you left)
Wayne Campbell - 4 (speak up if you're injured, otherwise take the wrath for your abysmal performances)
Mark Chaffey - 3 (clueless... form has gone to the shisen)
Mark Coughlan - (not fair to assess because of injuries, suprised to see you signed up...)
Aaron Fiora - 4 (only there becuase there's 10 blokes worse than you)
Tim Fleming - 5 (at least you have a go)
Simon Fletcher - 2 (loved the Sydney game, but christ you are bad)
Darren Gaspar - 4 (see Campbell)
Alex Gilmour - N/A (too hard to assess, hope you dont play like the tv show)
Ray Hall - 6 (playing in a position you shouldnt be, but at least you have had a crack)
Brent Hartigan - 5 (looking good because your mates are crap... not convinced)
Rory Hilton - 3 (see you later)
Adam Houlihan - 0 (OMG, are you still on our list?)
Chris Hyde - 6 (glad you're enjoying the opportunity finally given to you, all the best for the remaining 11 games)
Daniel Jackson - N/A (see Archibald)
Kane Johnson - 5 (you might the pill a bit, but your skills are filthy!)
Andrew Kellaway - 6 ( l cried when l saw you hurt yourself, you actually try)
Duncan Kellaway - 0 (centrelink... enjoy the rock n role)
Andrew Krakouer - 6 (started well, but need to continue)
Ben Marsh - 0 (f uck off)
Shane Morrison - 4 (very dissappointing, how you arent in the team l dont know. Have you been sleeping with mrs. frawley?)
Chris Newman - 5 (dont even notice you anymore, the others are so bad)
Bill Nicholls - 0 (bye bye)
Brad Ottens - 6 (for god sake, grow some balls)
Kayne Pettifer - 3 (l hope you get more of a go in the last 11 games. ps. stop punching the bloody ground, its embarassing)
Andrew Raines - N/A (see archibald)
Matthew Richardson - 8 (l'm still pulling myself over the Bulldogs game)
Thomas Roach - 5 (keep going mate, you've earned yourself another contract... you poor thing!)
David Rodan - 1 (l've supprted you for too long, you're awful)
Matthew Rogers - 0 (you're no chance of getting to 200)
Jay Schulz - 2 (starting showing something, or else we'll start thinking you're another Pettifer)
Greg Stafford - 5 (your approach amazes me... see if you can line Farmer up this week. Dont mind if you get a 5 week holiday for doing it either!)
Greg Tivendale - 6 (trade bait of value)
Shane Tuck - 0 (hawthorn were right)
Luke Weller - 2 (so were brisbane, your kicking skills are laughable)
Ty Zantuck - 2 (have you fallen from grace, once Frawley's love-child)

You are missing 2 vital appraisals which affect everything else afterwards...

Players with no confidence in the leadership tend to play themselves without confidence. Players without confidence tend to look a lot worse than what they actually are.

With this in mind, you need to appraise both Clinton Casey and Danny Frawley; both who I believe are failing miserably, to the point that reviewing anyone else becomes redundant.

What we dont need a mid-season review for and a panel of independent experts like David Parkin for that matter, is to tell us that Frawley wont be coaching next year.

Make the announcement RFC. Its not exactly a bl oody secret.

Pretty good summation.

Well the season is shot so if we dont win another game i wont be too disappointed. We must finish last for an entire cleanout.
