Williams had progressed from break-ins to sexual assaults with no penetration to rape and murder. He had kept detailed track of police reports of the crimes he was committing, logged his crimes, kept photos and videos, and had even left notes and messages for his victims.[54] In a break-in into the bedroom of a 12-year-old, he left a message in her computer saying: "Merci" ("Thank you" in French). He had taken thousands of pictures of his crimes, and had kept the photos on his computer. Crown Attorney Robert Morrison presented numerous pictures of Williams dressed in the various pieces of underwear and bras he had stolen, frequently masturbating while lying on the beds of his victims.

Seriously?

Someone just deleted a swag load of posts from multiple individuals.

No individuals were named in those posts.

Am sure the deleted posts will be presented again where they count at a later date.

Looking at the previous threads on the CSK subject and the swag load of slander against cleared POIs and others including the victims that was allowed to pass through untouched and remain public now.

What is going on here?

All we hear are comments that this isn't relevant and off topic.

Rubbish. How would you know?

A minority seem to be protecting SK of multiple innocent women.

Someone mentioned a list - do you know who has it beside LE?

Three years or more of intense covert and now overt survellience on many.

As mentioned earlier some are looking at 14+ and others a hell of a lot longer.

Stupid is as stupid does.

20+ millions Australians will be looking for justice and retribution regarding CSK and other crimes against women.

Murderers and rapists of multiple women and those that enable them.

Media will go beserk. They are just waiting subject to the suppression order being lifted.

Public will want retribution.

People will indeed be very surprised and angry when this becomes public.

20+ million people.

Its ok, I have it all recorded on the NAS not excluding deleted posts

If police say planned disposal sites, that's premeditated.

Timeline

3 August, 1996:
Jane Rimmer's naked and partly decomposed body is found in bushland in Wellard by a passerby. It had been lightly covered by leaves and twigs and was not visible from the road.

3 April, 1997: Ciara's body, partly clothed, was found in scrub 45 kilometres north of Perth near Pipidinny Road. It was hidden under branches, but not buried. A witness claimed he saw a taxi with its headlights off in the area the night Ciara disappeared. Police later told media they believed the killer had used "planned disposal sites" and dumped the women's bodies soon after their abductions.

- serial killers usually premeditate their crimes, frequently fantasising and planning with detail, including the specific victim (Ressler, Burgess & Douglas 1988)
- serial killers are likely to use similar event locations (but different physical locations) for their crimes, move the body from one location to another and dispose of the body in remote locations (Kraemer, Lord & Heilbrun 2004).

Suppression orders by the public are different to a suppression order by the court. We are lifting suppression orders to write books?

Yes, there certainly is some suppression orders that are flirting the law. If you are rich enough.

I scratched that last post because I've got some conflicting information. It's quite messy. There's still a possible 150 orders over the Snowtown trial, nobody knows the exact number. Some were being lifted over years, the Snowtown producers requested discharges successfully prior to the premiere but it was an ongoing saga.

I think you will have to wait for his autobiography as it won’t be introduced in court

If found guilty, more charges might roll out. I think they have only begun. 90 police officers. I dare say, specialist officers.

Similar to Russell Williams, the alleged CSK broke into a woman's house in his own neighbourhood of Huntingdale.

In September, 2009, he broke into the home of Laurie Massicotte, one of his neighbours in Tweed, after she fell asleep watching Law and Order. Ms. Massicotte has waived the right to have her name covered by a publication ban.

He blindfolded her, bound her hands with wire, used a knife to cut off her shirt, then told her he wouldn't rape her as long as she allowed him to photograph her naked body. Ms. Massicotte begged him not to put the photos on the Internet. Police recovered photos from Col. Williams's computer of Ms. Massicotte posing for him.

After the attack, the colonel photographed himself in his disguise - a black skull cap and a pair of Ms. Massicotte's underwear draped over his face like a mask.

Oh yes I remember someone promoting the theory that low level felon Ali Ali, was responsible for the CSK murders. The only form he has iirc is thuggery without the smarts to keep himself out of prison or the discipline to quietly do his time. That the police would protect a person of this disposition defies belief.
He's the main suspect in the jail murder of a guy I went to (primary and secondary) school with but there wasn't the evidence to send him to trial, given that 'there were no witnesses'.

Oh .. that's sad. Arrested in the Philipinnes now, he might end up before the firing squad over there.

Well the guy I went to school with (we got along fine but were never mates) was no angel and showed up at our back door once (he'd NEVER been to our house before) after I hadn't seen him since school days, maybe 20 years or so, looking for someone/something. He'd had a drug problem probably since school and my dickhead brother was a dealer who'd been growing plants higher than the fence (idiot) when I moved back there (which were subsequently stolen LOL). Obviously he was there for the weed and knocked first to see if anyone was home.

Yes arrested for murder - hence...

I’m not hearing those whispers.

I’d suggest they are focused on the job at hand.

So with what they have, in the back of their mind, is the strategy they have further evidence pending outcomes? We don't know what they have found.

The current operation must be like $200000 a day

Too right their current focus is ball in the hole.

I know sometimes, if they someone in prison, they just wait till they are near the end of incarceration then jump on them again to add more years. Save some for later.

I have seen that for short term sentences ie under 4 years.

In this instance I think it will be more charges once any current ones are locked down ie guilty or not guilty. I wouldnt think in the case of murder they would wait 15-20 years. That is unnecessarily cruel on the family.

Wow. Very specific with the Vin number
Exactly, even though it was deregistered over 10 years ago, they think if it is in parts or on a rural property it still might have clues on it! Seems to be clutching at straws ... but?

Ms Spiers' family has released a statement calling for anyone who knew anything about the car to come forward.

"We have been kept informed by the police on the status of the investigation," her father Don Spiers said.

"We do not want to comment publicly about today's appeal, apart from urging anyone who knows anything about this car, or where it might be, to please contact the police."

No guessing where this car resided Google Earth

Cold case Homicide Squad Detectives are appealing for the public’s assistance to help find a white 1992 Toyota Camry Station Wagon.

“We are aware this car was deregistered in 2008, but from that time onwards it is unclear what happened to it.

Exactly, wow. Did BRE own this car? Or did Telstra ever use Toyota as fleet?

I'm going with neither

I don't know, but I'm going with the police know exactly who owned it when it was deregistered (and before that).

Can Brad expect more charges?

I don't ever recall Telstra using Toyota Camry wagons in their fleet and I can't find anything over the net either that confirms that they did. I'm getting a woman's car vibe here for some reason.
