I remember back when the highlight of the forums was who had been seen with Seppo (or playing a drinking game where everytime Seppo popped up on the telecast over east, you'd have a shot). It's been downhill ever since around these parts

Just out of interest (and sorry for the diversion away from the back-slapping and general sucking up) I often wonder how people go from being prolific posters (and in Seppo’s case, a moderator) to being almost invisible. Is it always changed life circumstances or are there other more nefarious reasons sometimes?

Life circumstances a big one. The biggest was actually a job role change and not being able to browse BigFooty much at work.
Having a kid changed it even more.

I miss Bigfooty and even my involvment with the cheersquad and Footy in general.

The most I get time for is Friday night footy and our game every week...

Nah, he didn't sort out anyone, he just made the board completely unreadable and pissed off many decent posters. Takes no skill whatsoever to play the man and not the ball as often as he did.

I thought bushie had some great insights. But you can't play the man and he couldn't help himself when he thought someone should be taken down a rung or two.
