He only almost stole the game setting up both Bocks goals, at the minimum. :) Had the better of Cuz in the first half

Pfft, lucky kick. He was panicked when he kicked it as he had plenty of time and just rushed an absolute mongrel of a kick that SOMEHOW made it's way to Bock. A great of the game would intend for that to happen, not just make it from some blind fluke...

And if he was truly a remarkable player, he would have had the better of Cousins in the second half and won the game for you. Obviously not the complete player yet because he can only keep the effort up for one half. A true great would blanket Cousins for 4 quarters, not 2.

Obviously, that injury is part of van Berlo's master plan for next season.

The kick got to where it was intended. It had no other place it could go once it hit Vb's superboot. So cousins and VB shared the spoils then on this theory? No one shares with VB, I can assure you....:)

VB had no spoils, he choked when he needed to step up, just like Adelaide:thumbsd:

by saying that the crows choked you remove credit from the opposition, which in this case is the team you follow. you must not rate your team highly if you think they did not win the match, they simply allowed adelaide to lose - which is what a choke would be.

VB to take over Crows ruck duties in 2007 and beyond

paart of his plan to keep the M&M's at adelaide.

of course he could shoulder the ruck responsibilities (and those of the rest of the team if he so wished), but has realised that he would be drawing too much attention to himself.

No one is bigger than the team.... Except Van Berlo

You know your life sucks when you're drunk, and the best thing you have to do is spend hours on an internet messageboard.

For the record, i dont think Meesen or Maric will go to WA.

Not really, I was actually wasting time waiting for one of my mates' to pick me up after he'd been around for a few then had to drop his girlfriend off, then went into town to see my brother's band play. Don't assume that just because I'm pissed and spend 5 mins on a msg board becuase I'm bored, my life sucks. Your life is obviously a lot worse than mine because your first thought is to bag me out when you have absolutely no idea how much time I spend on these boards or spend doing other stuff.

Nice work tossbag, to assume is to make an 'ass' of 'u' and 'me'... Eat **** and die...:thumbsd:

i disagree, this thread started as and still is a place where adelaide supporters can express their love for another man

not that there is anything wrong with that

Re: ***The Van-Bible***

20 of VanBerlos wives and partners have gone into labour today.

He impregnated them 9 months ago so that they wouldn't interfere with his GF day, should the Crows make it.

Another 20 are due to go into labour on Sunday.

Van Berlo attends all the births. The maternity wing of the Adelaide Womens Hospital has been renamed the VanBerlo wing. That's where VB spends most of his time these days, attending births.

The Crows are a bit worried about how the public will adjust to 22 players named Van Berlo taking to the field in 25 years time after the father-son rule has been exploited to full effect.

I hear that the AFL is already planning to build a seperate league just for these boys, as they figure it would be too big an advantage to have a team of 22 Van Berlo's.

Does Van Berlo worship at the Alter of Ben Cousins?

I have never seen someone sacrifice themselves in such a manner on a such an important day :thumbsu:
