Proof as in footage? No

But i'm related to one of the pies recruiting staff FWIW

D&D is drunk and disorderly.

Bullshit from a lying scum supporter.
I would rather believe our official quotes than a rumour from a supporter of a lying cheating club such as yours.
This guy should be carded. Prove your crap or bugger off.

I suspect he did get in trouble with cops for being drunk in public but was not charged. This is not unusual as most drunk people get let go without charge if they don't play up too much.

Yeh, good work on editing it then posting and then saying that.

Anyway, what the **** do you want an apology for? Where does it say he was in jail? Where does it mention D&D?

It mentions he was out late. You didn't break that story for anyone here. You came along and pissed on about him being arrested for D&D. That article doesn't back it up.

Why should anyone be apologising to you?

So who does the VFL side play this weekend?

And more importantly are their any senior players likely to get a run? Off the top of my head John Anthony is the only senior player short of a gallop.....

We play Coburg 19th of March at Gosh's Paddok at 5pm

I thought Keeffe did well at CHB

is there going to be a practice match at vic park?

Yep - 3rd of April vs Geelong but It's the same day we play Melbourne at the G

You said
"D&D is drunk and disorderly"

Walsh said this
Collingwood chief of football Geoff Walsh confirmed the penalty on Friday, but stressed Beams had not been in any trouble other than being out at an unacceptable time.
"He didn't break any laws, but he was out too late," Walsh said. "He was out later than what was appropriate for a professional athlete"

You were wrong and you were told you were wrong.

Now go away

What apology - There is nothing about being arrested in that article. As I said before where is your proof? You have given us nothing except a foxsports article that says & I quote.

Try again buddy.

From Pies Site:

Final Score
Collingwood:
5.1 7.9 12.14 16.18 (114)
Geelong: 0.2 2.2 3.3 8.5 (53)
AFL-listed players
2. Sean Rusling: Good contest across halfback. Had solid presence and his involvements were really encouraging. Needs a few more games under his belt to reach peak fitness.
14. Anthony Corrie: Very, very good first half. Real penetration in his kicking. Covered a lot of ground and played a terrific game as an outside midfielder.
17. Dayne Beams: Very good through the midfield. Won a lot of clearances. Got nearly every ball out of the centre in the third quarter. Was conspicuous with his ball use by foot.
27. Jarrad Blight: Good consistent four quarters. Contested really strongly in the air. Off halfback and wing. Won the loose ball with aggression. He was close to getting a game in the AFL side in the preseason competition but had a few minor hiccups regarding injury which didn’t allow him to be sustained in the mix.
29. Ryan Cook: Quieter day from Ryan playing in various positions.
31. Chris Dawes: Excellent game. Kicked five goals in the first half. A seven goal haul is a real breakthrough game from Chris.
37. Luke Rounds: Very good small forward game from Luke. Kicked four goals. Took a couple of courageous marks going back with the flight.
38. Scott Reed: Got through unscathed. Controlled his position at halfback. Contributed well with a fair bit of run. Worked well with Rusling.
41. Simon Buckley: Quieter day from Simon. Played mostly on the wing.
43. Jaxson Barham: Solid game without being outstanding. Possession rate was OK and used the ball reasonably well.
44. Lachlan Keeffe: Bit under done. Contributed mostly at centre-half back. His coordination and management of his teammates was really good.
46. Tristan Francis: Played small forward. Provided his usual tenacious contest.
47. Jarryd Blair: Like Dayne extremely solid. Really high possession rate. Defensive and attacking run was terrific. Instigated a number of our forward moves from congestion.
50. Shae McNamara: Good learning day. Played forward, ruck and down back. Did some things well and will learn from his mistakes. It was another baby step.

Take a close look at #37 on that report Dave. ;)

Might head down on Friday to watch the boys and finally see Rus in the flesh once again.

Well I agree he Played a Really Good Game on the Weekend - Just needs to keep it up.

Game reminded me of Lockyer

This week sees no "official AFL practice matches" and as such, under the deal agreed upon by the AFLPA, you have to nominate listed players to the AFL for permission to play.

There should be a list out by about Thursday showing which players from all teams are nominated and cleared to play this weekend.:)

Good to hear about Rounds too, he has talent, just needs to bulk up a bit, although having said that he wouldn't be any skinnier then Brad Dick anyway.

Very good reports indeed for Dawes, Blight and Rounds. Hopefully they carry that form into the VFL season proper.
