I just watch the footy on Fox and look at AFL.com in the beaks on my phone.

It wasn't looking good, so I switched off to watch that Geelong v Adelaide last touch free on repeat. Absolutely cracker of a highlight. Brilliant from Atkins and the boys in yellowy green.

It was a brilliant victory by Port - 22 to 17. Their fans must be stoked.

PenfoldsFan sadly doesn't watch his beloved Port when they play other teams in the non-Vic alliance. The lack of umpiring corruption makes the games utterly boring.

And what was it one year? 8 or 9 games straight in Melbourne pre finals. All bar one at the MCG.

Look It is sad that it happened. But Richmond would be fools not to take that advantage and win those games.

one of those wins was by west coast eagles by 6 points. Richmond got 3rd, eagles ended up 5th. Had the Eagles win that game by a point, essentially Richmond and eagles trade spots. Richmond would of got 5th and eagles 3rd.

history shows Richmond didn't get a similar fixture the next season or any season after that.


it would be similar to west coast being 17-3 and top 2 with 3 games to go and ended up having their last 3 games in Perth stadium with one of those games vs the dockers and the eagles are the "away" side.

and that infamous game you are talking about is round 7 in 2016 which was Dogs vs Crows at Docklands.

Troy Pannell gave 18 free kicks in the 1st 3 quarters. 17 to the dogs and one to the crows.

Commiserations for the 2015 prelim final loss - that is top 5 for the most outrageous display of openly biased umpiring to turn a game I have ever seen.

Fremantle were not good enough that night sadly.

hawks won 15.4.94 to dockers 10.7.67.

of the 25 odd years I have barracked for the dockers. that 2015 prelim final loss was one of 2 losses i openly wept after a game. the other was the infamous crows vs freo game back in round 15 of 2009 when dockers kicked 1.7.13

even If freo won that 2015 prelim final, guys like fyfe and Pavlich wouldn't of played next week as they were too injured.
