5. Chappy! YAY!
4. Joshy Hunt
3. Jamie (;)) Bartel
2. Ricco (You gotta love him!)
1. Harley/DJ (couldn't tell most of the game who was who so it's only fair they get 1 vote each hahaha)

I refuse to give SJ satisfaction coz I dislike his inconsistantcy SO MUCH! I might get ober it one day but for now bad luck.

Thank goodness they played with some heart today! If they didn't I probably would have had to cut my heart out and give it to them... and I really didn't wanna have to do that.

5. J Hunt
4. P.Chapman
3. J.Bartel
2. S.Johnson
1. C.Ling or Riccardi (Riccardi showed he still has class)

What does Hunt have to do to get 5? 30 possies and a goal. His opponent did nothing. Has been bagged for underperforming earlier this year. Give him some credit. Was easily BOG and has probably been in the top 5 players for Geelong over the last month.

I thought Blake looked promising. Won a lot of taps, linked up well in a few plays. He really needs to have a kick though. Absolutely no confidence in foot skills. Still much rather Blake in with King going forward than McCarthy.

Makie has been a big improver since he has been given a bit more freedom.

Steve Johnson & Kelly were better today but still would like to trade them.

5. Chappy
4. Bartel
3. Hunt
2. SJ
1. Ricco

Mentions to DJ, Egan, Scarlett and Enright.

Edit: Oh and Playfair for taking a contested mark!

hunt really stood out.

*Ling was decent aswell on Simon Black.*

dermie had black in the votes - couldna been that decent if yer believe the stooge.

i dont know, black was one of their most damaging midfielders and not even sure ling even layed a tackle on him. ling did do well but not top 5.

5 - Chapman. God this guy is good and does it week in week out.
4 - Hunt. Played pretty solid, except for the last play where Brisbane made a goal which he should have marked.
3 - SJ. This is the way we love him to play and why we need him at GFC. His ability to squeeze something from nothing is extremely important. Getting to do this every week is the key factor now.
2 - Bartel. Worked hard in the middle and took some good backpeddling marks in the back half. Pushed out 8 or so breaks from the middle.
1 - Playfair - Took about 10 or so marks. Did the link play quite well. Kicking for goal a bit down, only missed one, but he contributed and lead strongly. This is what we need for a CHF, with a good midfield who can carry the ball this position isn't as important, with a good link player we can play quite well.

Unlucky to miss out?

Kelly - Hit targets today, which is good, so had fairly effective day.
Mackie - I've hung it on both of these guys during the week, but he also did something and contribute, did ok on Voss when they matched up.
Ling. Kept Black honest, and I don't know how Dermie gave Black votes, pretty typical really, Dermie is an idiot and doesn't even watch the game, just loves to make stupid insipid comments which only he laughs at.

A bonus vote to Mackie for giving Keating a shot at his title :)

Anyone else notice how Channel 9 highlighted Bartel's bump and Enright throwing his leg out? If those two get cited.....

Honourable mention goes to the female goal ump :D

So she gets votes for Brisbane, letting a touched go !!! I can't understand how an umpire from the other side of the goal posts can see it, or thought he saw it, yet a qualified goal umpire cannot from only 1.5meters ?? She shouldn't be doing AFL games.
