Nah but seriously I'll throw my vote behind anyone who has the experience in terms of virtual games behind them for the captaincy.

As for team name , It should incorporate Eagles or West Coast since essentially that's who we all are. Im assuming from the website that barely worked that all teams get colours and a guernsey. Good thing is we've already got half a million possible variations on an Eagles guernsey thanks to you know who and their ochre-free campaign

Oh and do we get to pick Guernsey numbers? If so I wanna have 666, or if we have to be sensible and so forth I'd like to have number 5

all i can say is soon, depends how organised the captains needing 1-4 players are. It SHOULD take them less than a day to get numbers but on past history it'll require my intervening to help out:S

Jod should be Captain seeing he has been one in a fantasy side. It's only the best thing to do.

Not too sure on the name though. We can have something as West Coast or Western, but an icon will be the hard part.

Im happy to take the captaincy if you all agree. As for the name I like West Coast Flyers which was suggested by Raelene. Iceman for VC, just because he wants it so much

Oh and another thing...I need positions for each because with form and matchups I will be changing things from game to game. This is from what I can tell, please advise me if I am wrong.

Ok I need the following, defenders and forwards who arent in Key Positions I need to know if you are a small forward, small defender or a tall forward, tall defender. That way for example if Iceman has a shocking run of form at CHF I can replace him with a tall.

Also need to know if any defenders or forwards fancy themselves as ok midfielders so if anybody has some bad form, you may get a gig through the middle. Who is second ruck? MrEagle loses form, then your in!

Last but not least, those on the bench and supps waiting for a game, I need to know your positions so I can put you into your preferred positions if you can break your way into the side.

I'll put my hand up for emergancy ruck. I played a lot of my junior footy there with long periods resting in the forward line.

I'll assume the mantle of the tall, laconic defender who always looks like he's not trying when he has a bad game. Can probably hold down a key defensive position if someone's having a shocker.
As a career defender, it'd be unwise to play me in the forward line - I can hit a target quite nicely whilst streaming out of defence, but any set shot from outside 15m will be sprayed out of bounds. The phrase "kicked it like a backman" was coined by my coach in the Under-8's.

Seriously - I'm your rebounding half-back-flanker who can play midfield if there's a need. I can also hoof the (very) occasional goal from 50m.
