Looks great,a mate of mine helped some ppl set up a Balkan restaurant years ago.my first introduction to cevapi and burek.love them bothI've gone fully Balkan roots tonight with some homemade fallow deer Cevapi (25%pork fat, garlic, white pepper, salt, smoked paprika) and a bunch of pickled sides including a homemade Ajvar, homegrown tomatoes and a super woggy crystal shot glass full of aged plum brandy.
