What I like most about Jack Reiwoldt.

I also agreed with others that if it had been Connors at 13 and Reiwoldt at 58 that I would have been stoked.

I still think it was a bad draft pick in that I don't see him as a top-30 talent.

He has a bright future... I watched the clip of him in the under 18's when he kicked 4 or 5 in the last quarter to win the game for the team.. ive also seen him kick a 53 meter goal on the mcg in front of 88000 people in his... fourth? game... He is gunna be a gem.

I think thats a reasonable assessment even though I am probably biased. IMHO I always thought Jack was very close if not ready for AFL on draft day both mentally and physically given he'd been playing against men for so long and thats panned out. Has missed only 1 game at either level throuigh injury, IIRC which augurs well for the future. Mind you in his opinion he was right to go then too lmao. As for his role, I will reserve judgement until when he stops growing but the Hird analagy seems to look likely....hopefully...we can only dream

i agree. hes just superb. however he can be a bit fancy at times about where he wants to kick the ball and that can cost him sometimes.. actually got a badge of him for my jumper today

I disagree, Riewoldt has only played a handful of games, I can definetely see him taking over from Richo, just needs to bulk up like Nick did all those years ago. Uses his body brilliantly, has good hands, and a very nice kick. Will be gold.

Hes turned out to be quite a find for us. I love the way he celebrates his goals. He always looks keen and up and about and for a bloke his size, his defensive pressure is excellent.

He seems a touch arrogant, which I like aswell.

Can't believe some think we were ever going to win. Oops forgot, yes I think it was Jack's worst game for the season. That said he is showing plenty and a pretty good first year and he has more than vindicated Pick 13 selection. Again if we compare with Hansen, Gumbleton etc we have done better than OK
