I've gone about 50 hours twice in the last three months. First time was a combination of exams and stress, the second one was because of an absolutely awful situation. .

84 is seriously bad though, is there a reason why you have been up all this time?

The final hours of one of those marathon awakenings was an exam time, I packed up on the red bull and coffee that day!

They say that you can't not sleep longer than 3 days BUT I kid you not in my early 20's I was up for 5 days straight I wasn't on drugs alcohol etc etc although my nan did die and i'd say it was greving that made me stay up that long. Apparently after the 5th day I litterly passed out and couldnt be woken for 18 hours! I was rushed to the hospital and all. I still dont remember the Ambo ride or anything.

A couple of times I can recall.

I used to do volunteer work for Challenge, so I was working at a camp. Had to sleep in the same room as about a dozen kids- so there of course were snorers, talkers, etc. I got very little sleep the three nights the camp went for. I was an absolute zombie by the time I got home.

Also first overseas trip Melb- Detroit, with an eight hour stop over in LA, I think I was up for 40 hours straight, again very zombie like by the end of it. Iirc I almost had a nervous breakdown on the LA-Chicago flight. :o

46 hours max :thumbsd: never doing that again cause i ended up getting a fever which just killed me

Posting from the afterlife...how is it?

Went about 30 odd hours, going from Perth to Sydney then waiting for aconnecting flight to Wagga Wagga which were delayed by a fair bit, unable to sleep on the plane and at the airport. Still managed to get in a round of golf with my brother when I finally got in but suffice to say didn't do so well...some clubs may have disappeared into the shrubs, if my memory serves me right

Pulled an all weekender for a uni assignment, a couple of years back. So, about 10am on the Friday til Monday afternoon.

about 40 hours... mates 21st... was a biiig weekend.

couldnt imagine going any longer then that though...

96 hours. I was working a week of nightshifts and just couldn't sleep. In the end i had to go to the chemist and purchase some restavit which i took the rest of the mornings after i came off nightshift and slept great. They say if you don't sleep for long periods of time it can cause a stroke as the brain doesn't get the oxygen it needs to function properly.

About 55 hours. Daughter was rushed to hospital for emergency appendectomy. Sat with her thru early recovery until I finally crashed out in the 'comfy' chairs they have in the children's hospital. The mix of adrenelin and sheer stress is a massive stimulant.

Two days.

was absolutely spent afterwards. Physically ill.
