My work laptop is kicking up a stink every second page when I am on here. Either malware or newly registered domainI’ve got a feeling Chief is hitting non-Carlton posters with shitty Acer ads.
Making it a pain to post.
He should just sell out to Meta and **** off out of his bedroom. My work laptop is kicking up a stink every second page when I am on here. Either malware or newly registered domain
No where in my post did I make the same points as the comment I replied to. That's a ridiculous conclusion if you actually read the post.I feel like I should put the rest of these Carlton people on ignore, they really provide nothing cerebral on this site.
Poster puts in time to write a well thought out post:
- gets trolled immediately and told it's slop
- a long reply with language to demonstrate they strongly disagree but then actually make the same points that agree with the post?
- constantly calling other people trolls and throwing reports left, right and centre when in fact they're the ones nearly always trolling with gifs, insults and dumb takes — which they know are dumb.
BTW, I'm not saying all Carlton posters, some of the smartest posters on this site are Carlton, but they don't post on the MB, but the posse of select few that do here regularly, they offer little to no rationale debate, and it's been like this for years.
That's a nice way of putting it... But unfortunately I think we've all seen enough RCAB meltdowns in the dms to know it goes a bit beyond confirmation bias.No where in my post did I make the same points as the comment I replied to. That's a ridiculous conclusion if you actually read the post.
Also, hilarious that when a Hawthorn poster comments it's "well thought out" but when a Carlton supporter posts an equally detailed rebuttal "it's not cerebral". Confirmation bias at its finest!
Good call by West Coast
Carlton have Collingwood and Brisbane. From a draft pick perspective, Hawthorn are actually a little unlucky there are so many poor teams this year. Last year, at Round 16, the 13th placed team had 8 wins (8-7). This season, Carlton have just 6 wins at Round 16 and have only just dropped to 11th. Carlton are a full 2 wins behind Gold Coast in 9th - who have played 2 less games (last season 13th was 2 points outside the 8 at Round 16).
Normally Carlton going this badly would be a top 5 pick. Be interesting to see how the rest of the season plays out.

Time to remove Hawthorn and add Richmond?
