Senior List
If we can win our games away from Victoria i might change my mind.Otherwise i will say it's going to be a great development year for the Bombers.

Essendon are certainly more of a chance winning the flag than Adelaide that's for sure.

bad call mateThe Magenius is far from a troll.
how so?
if Ess play Adelaide at AAMI in a final Id back Adelaide.
Early days.
Carlton, Hawks and Pies will be deep in the action in September, not dons and crows.
thats why the plan is to finish in the top 2 so no need to travel in the finals. should be easy![]()
Not a chance.
Congrats on the good win tonight champ.
Don't think so. When was the last time a team won the flag after not winning a final in the previous year(s)????? They should make a semi/prelim though. Next year a good chance.
Geelong 2007 say hi! Missed the finals in '06 (finished 10th), then no. 1 with a bullet the next year. The caveat on that however is that they had plenty of finals experience prior to '06, playing a semi in '05 and a prelim in '04
That said, with how open this year is, I wouldn't be writing any team in the top 8 off.
