Certainly testing the boys...Bit breezy in Perth I see
Just watching pebble beach.....I luv this course.
Driven past a couple of times but never had time to go check it out.
They say about $500 to play a round.?
Anyway I also heard that these amateurs pay about $30k to play in this.....nice to have money!

I think some just have moneyA lot of them are sponsored by their company. For example the Taylormade exec, etc...
Yes Pebble is a fair bit of coin but heck, if you are going to travel that far why not right?

Meaning? Is it me or is the tv coverage of the Super 6 a bit uneven??
No flow to it. I thought it was choppy and they certainly weren't on top of the live play at the outset.
Got better but first 45 minutes or so were frustrating
Ok...I agree with you there....it was hard to get into a certain match....but it makes it difficult with so many others playing as well..
Maybe have a red button on play on fox to solely watch the match you want
Yes, little AC and I wanted to see how Crocker was doing when they went on air (before he had to go to bed)
But instead we got a recap of every single first round matchup
I get they want to bring everyone up to speed but:
1) you can do it faster/more efficiently
2) you are ignoring every single second round matchup going on at the moment
I like the format--and how about the Barnrat?? What a run
)The issue I believe was that there weren't enough cameras covering the action. They had some more cameras at their disposal but the windy conditions rendered some of them unsafe and unable to be used.No flow to it. Coverage of Aus tournaments is typically miles behind what you get in the US (used to be the reverse in the 80's ironically).
Don’t know if I agree with that.....uspga all u mainly see are guys putting ....unless it’s tiger of course....The issue I believe was that there weren't enough cameras covering the action. Camera/hole coverage, variety of camera angles, audio quality, technology offerings (SwingVision, telestrator), statistics, quality of commentary (Paul Gow ffs!).Don’t know if I agree with that.....uspga all u mainly see are guys putting ....unless it’s tiger of course....
IMHO Aussie golf coverage is streets ahead of US stuff.....but the super 6 was probably it’s own worst enemy in relation to coverage v golf type...ie match play

And don't get me started on the incessant "highlights recaps" on Aus telecasts whilst live action is happening.
It's not even close.

that’s hilariousthis guy just qualified for the next tournament on the PGA after this happening
