Early days in 2010, but both club's fans have credible reasons for wanting their coach's head on the chopping block.

Who do you think will get the arse first, Worsfold or Ratten?

Interesting poll...

Personally I see Ratts still there at the end of the season, but depending on results... they might be looking to appoint a new coach for next season.

Woosha might be out the door before Ratts if results keep going against you guys.

Unfortunately I cant see Ratts taking us to a GF.

He is passionate, a past club champion, and bleeds navy blue, but lacks tactical skills and a game plan that will see us win our next premiership cup.

However this poll is premature in calling for coaches heads after Round 3!

Ratten leading this pole, the guy is a Spud the worst coach in the AFL at the moment, as done nothing with the blues and all those early draft picks.

Both sides have exceeded expectations thus far in 2011. What do you think both Worsfold and Ratten need to do to secure their positions for 2012 and beyond?

Sure West Coast have exceeded expectations, but Carlton were/are expected to be in top 4 contention.

As for the question, Worsfold simply to develop players, win more games and be in the mix for finals. Should keep his job in 2012.

For Ratten winning a final is basically a must. If they make the top 4 but go down fighting then he might just save his neck.

yeah that is why we keep winning the spoon like when he took over
