Underrated - Kane.
He still moves well for his age. His mic skills are amazing. Puts over younger talent. His ability to act out a different character other than the one that he's used to (Corporate Kane) is fantastic.

Overrated - Punk (in-ring). Amazing mic skills but his in-ring skills aren't as great as people make it out to be. He's very sloppy at times.
