Can you ask them where I can find Aldis in Castle Dour?

I can see his marker arrow floating in the middle of a wall, but there's no door to get to him. Is he in an alternate universe? Maybe he's in Fallout 3?

I know he was always up the steps across from the Raiment shop (cant remember the exact name) once up those steps (cart sitting next to them) there's the fletcher and armor shops, theres a path that leads through to the archery / training grounds up there. he's usually roaming there (often watching guards train)
