I dead set love this bloke!!

I know he frustrates many but you won't find a more passionate guy in the team who puts his heart and soul into every match he playes for his footy club.

Continually puts his body on the line, gets to as many contestss as possible, winds up opposition players and also does the freakish!

When i received a message from my Carlton supporting mate saying Thomas was his most hated player in the AFL i couldn't have been happier. I've been wanting a player that every other team hates for a long time... a Ballantyne if you will.

Fact is, with Lindsay you get very good, and very bad. He is no McLeod/Winmar etc, but a positive asset to the club regardless of his shortcomings

The LT fan club will knock you but thats OK, the vision is obvious. Otherwise, it was an awesome night of NMFC dominance!

Hasn't been a better small forward in the game this year.

What he's dealt with on and off the field has been huge. He has nothing but respect from me for the way he has handled himself all year.

People that continue to knock him can hand their memberships back as far as I'm concerned.

He stuffed up. He should have taken the mark. When the game was over.
On other other hand, he put his body on the line countless times when it was up for grabs.

But you will only hear mav bang on about the LT one. He won't bother to recognise the things he did well, either. At least you had the good sense to do that.

I love him.

Yeah he squibbed a contest, but he also puts his body on the line a hell of a lot too.

You take the good with the bad with Lindsay. My only real knock on him was missing those sodas, and he has fixed that part of his game up. He is as elite as any small forward in the competition now he has his kicking fixed, as far as I'm concerned, and as our midfield improves, so will his numbers.

I was just really disappointed with that effort, he is better than that. As I posted earlier this week, if LT plays well we do also, no question at all
