You should be thankful it happened before the grand final. About 5 years ago I got into a grand final, and the team we were playing dropped all their higher grade players back. We had beaten them by 10 goals during the year, and lost by 11 points in the GF . It was shattering. Don't know why it's allowed to happen.

You'd be pissed off if you were a player who played all year to get there, only to be dropped for one of the higher grade players.

This was reinforced tonight by the ridiculously over the top Stynes tribute. We can't go a ****ing day without using up every last inch of an emotional situation for creating a narrative that has already played out and played out naturally. There was no need for that tribute to be like it was tonight.

Was going to post it after we had one last night going home. The guy had his bike through Parliament station, taking it down the long escalators and jamming it onto the train.
