Within the space of 3 days we've had Brodie Smith instagram, Danger instagram with Connors and co, the Five AA interview then this AFLPA interview that came out of nowhere.

For someone that doesn't want to discuss contract and think it's unwarranted, he's certainly putting his face in the public eye.

And the Crows have been determined to not discuss at all in the media, so I can't imagine it's been a directive from AFC to have two troll like social media posts and a 2 minute AFLPA interview he didn't need to do.

I'd say based on recent events he is going.. Lots of emotion swaying vision as of late to make us think he is staying, this looks too much like he wants to head home based on those answers.

And in response to Adelaide board member Mark Ricciuto’s call for a review of free-agency compensation to the clubs, the advice from the AFL working party is: Trade “Danger” while you can.

Former Port Adelaide football chief Peter Rohde — a member of the 2007 working party that included then Crows chief executive Steven Trigg — Thursday fired back at Ricciuto’s criticism of the AFL free-agency system.

“The principle of free agency was never to have equal compensation for losing a free agent,” Rohde said. “In most sports, you get no compensation for losing a free agent. In the AFL, the compensation pick was added to soften the blow.

“That gets lost in the argument.”

Hate to break it too you but the likely hood is big name players will change clubs more frequently. No point getting upset. Think outside the square and look at ways the squad can move on without them.

FFS, AFC make sure we are adequately compensated. If not let him go to the PSD, there are plenty of Victorian Clubs that will select him ahead of the Cats regardless of what Danger's says where he wants to play or his salary demands.

As a supporter I would rather have nothing than see Geelong screw us over.
