If we get the GWS 5 for 13/Tuohys pick, Hrovat for a 3rd rounder and possibly recruit a Barlow to aid the midfield with his big body and experience all whilst keeping pick 5 and having one more first round pick, how can you not be happy? Also having huge salary cap space for next season if we were to go big for a FA.

Got to try and be more positive with the situation, not all doom and gloom for me.

Hi all, I don't often post but i think people are overreacting a little. I don't understand how people think we will be challenging for a premiership in 2-4 years and that the loss of Gibbs and 2e is a failure on the clubs behalf. I honestly believe they would not have been part of our next premiership challenge. I would love to have them at the club still to provide leadership and experience but it is not to be.

People keep mentioning the Bulldogs and how fast they turned things around but they started recruited most of their good players in 2011 (liba, wallace, Dalhaus). They also lost guns in Ward, Hardbrow, Griffen, Higgins, Cooney to mention a few. The Build to their success has been at least 5-6 years in the making.

Sos is in his second year of the rebuild. We need to get the kids and players in to build depth and then its up to our coaches to develop and mold a successful team. This is not easily done. What the Doggies have achieved is both awesome and very rare.

Not everyone we pick is going to be starting 22 and not everyone on the list is going to be a gun. We just need them to commit to the plan and play their part. If they don't wont to work hard or are not 100% committed then let them go.

FWIW i believe Bolton and SOS are on the right track and that it take us at least 3-4 years before we start seeing the true results of their work.

Basically what I am saying is that we should have Faith in the club. We need to make sacrifices and we have to realise we are no longer a destination club.
It's going to be hard but it will get better, much better.

Go the Baggers!!!
