With the recruitment McCarthy today along with other recruits Wells and Kirby we now have 4 indigenous players on our in list. Personally I think it's great to see more indigenous players at the club as they offer so much to our game. Hopefully our recruiting this year is a start of a new exciting era.

Here we go. Another attempt to this thread. Sick of all the negative press around our club and the lack of exposure..
Indigenous, female, netball we have them all in the melting pot we call the Glasshouse and I can only welcome the differences amongst our players.
Let's hope it works out for both club and those involved.

Totally agree, Generalising, many indigenous players bring a style of play that is innovative, unique and exciting to watch. I look forward to Collingwood and other clubs being successful in drafting kids from remote outback communities and supporting them in long careers.

Last I heard he was playing for Rumbalara in the Murray Football League. It looks like he's recently applied for a clearance to play back in WA with Kalgoorlie City Football Club:-
