Assuming I'm working out the scale etc correctly:
Looks like the closest seats on the Bistro deck (see ground floor level plan (TP04) - red part) are going to be about 16.25m from the ground while the rest of it is generally about 20m. The Gym is closest at about 11.25m.
Doesn't look like there is a dedicated members bit, but the social club looks like it'll have decent views and there is a lot of raised area to watch games from.

Museum is just next to the entry to the social club and reception desk in the general public area (cream colour) on the ground floor.

Unfortunately you dont need a lot of space to display one cup. Should make the deal, we will start replacing one poker machine with one premiership cup.

handy for any players that want to live close to the ground.
The moorabbin plans show a lack of lounge and kitchen facilities for the players to spend time and relax , unless theyre using the social club area

From memory that is what the "Players gallery" is, in the north part of the ground floor. Its deceivingly small looking on the plans but the building as a whole is going to be pretty wide.
