Was having a debate with a mate at work about who has the best national anthem. He was a big fan of the Scottish but nothing gets past the NZ anthem for me. This is just amazing.

Yeah, we're really a bit lacking in that department. NZ's got us covered (Love the mentioned of Aotearoa, though what the heck is the third part in that Triple Star? The Auckland Islands?)
Italy, Germany, and France all rank hiughly. Brazil's a classic for anyone that started off a WC game with them. Argentina and Uruguay are stunning bangers too.
Best one? China (Don't hate me, Cooldude ). Really banging tune. Got a good rally cry in it as well.

It's not that much more dangerous than any street circuit - that's the point of them. The bigger thing is they don't really race street circuits anymore. Webber, Schumacher and Barrichello have all said it is unsafe and if a track like this was pitched to the FIA it'd be rejected.
"Monaco is just a circuit of its own very unique character," Schumacher said. "In a way, you could look at it with a big portion of irony with regards to the contradiction that, for so many years we have successfully campaigned for more track safety, and then we deliberately race in Monaco.

But it's part of the problem, pro racers are so driven to succeed that they're not going to accept that you can't pass on it and will try to do so. That's it's biggest problem. Passing on that track is nigh on impossible and they keep making the cars wider. Incredibly noncompetitive.

Same. I feel you get a better sense of speed with the bikes, like you can tell they are going fast. I never got that with any form of car racing.Always found F1 boring. Love watching the bikes though, so much more exciting.

That makes it the problem, if they accepted you cannot pass then we might as well award the points and win to he who finishes qualifying on pole. They don't and there will always be someone that tries to overtake.
Moto GP has really recovered since the dark times at the start of this decade. You had nearly as many point places as you did competitors (17 racers fighting for 15 places), and Suzuki even left the competition.Always found F1 boring. Love watching the bikes though, so much more exciting.
