Probably offers more capability to play midfield. Crocker probably more likely to hit the score board.

I reckon the Lobb debate has gotten a bit polarised and the truth lies somewhere in between. I don't think he impacts the scoreboard as much as you'd like for someone you'd want as your second forward. But his marking alone would be a great value to us. He'd be a great get out kick down the line. And a quality deep target. He'd walk into our side right now. But given Moore is the better ruck and would probably relieve Grundy over Lobb; I think it's a question of Reid/Schache/Lobb? Lobb for his output would cost too much I reckon.

Schache, Wright would be the prime targets for me. Given GWS want Kelly is there a chance we could prise out Patton....possibly.

Ultimately we just maybe better served by going to the draft and waiting for a couple of years as everyone going to cost a fortune in draft picks. Just cant see who the club would let go that another club would accept in return. The only way we could do it is if we finished low enough that we could somehow swap around the picks.

Like I said in couple of posts after. We can judge when Lobb he comes out of contract and wants to head back home to Perth. I think his trade value then would need to be "better than whites pick46 (I think)".

It was pick 44 and it's not really a relevant comparison.

Yeah I reckon Moore has Lobb covered in the ruck. Lobb barely wins hitouts. Moore already wins hitouts to advantage. He showed that right from his first game in the ruck, I think in his first season.

It depends where we finish and how high our pick is I'd imagine. At what point would we better served sending our first to Brisbane for Schache? Or better off going to the draft?
