i find it funny that the media mention before that its on hold because Ralph is upset that we low balled them last time..

Dusty has the right idea.
He's waiting until the bye before the finals to make his decision.
He will resign with us during that week giving us a massive confidence boost for finals and make every other team shit bricks knowing that Dusty is a free man and will play 120% for the Tiges.
We will then go on to win the flag and Dusty will take home the Brownlow and the Norm Smith.

Disagree. As we are playing finals and lolnorf are not, it is unlikely he would declare playing with them just before our finals campaign.

I reckon it favours us more than anyone else. IF he decides to make his decision before finals. It will most likely be that he is re-signing with us.
I don't think Dusty would go out and say I'm leaving Richmond, a few days before finals. He's not the type of guy to do that I think.

I'm pretty comfortable with where it sits, I think he will sign.
He's going to get paid 1m+ a year to play for (hopefully) a top 4 club and one that has been extremely supportive of him and one he clearly loves.
Every week there is a new club, St Kilda, Essendon, Sydney, Norf who are apparently poised to secure him, and then the next week it's someone new. If he ultimately decides to take the highest offer and go off and play for a club like norf...good luck to him I guess, my reading of his character will obviously have been mislead.
