Tried watching kern's presser from the weekend.... I had to switch it off 2 mins in when he was asked about the umpiring/ free kick discrepancy ... I just can't stomach anymore of the same claptrap.

What are the players thinking when they've got to listen to this **** day in and day out?? ... and as for Koch - he can GTFO and go back to supporting the swans.

Sorry, I'll get a snip of the article, I ******* hate those paywalls.

I just thought that comparing Farrell and Walters wasn't very logical considering Farrell's low disposal count and lack of pace. Farrell is already on a good and healthy path, I don't want us to change that.

I do not listen to anything that hinkley says these days nothing at all!

predicting a sub 35k crowd given what happened last week, and throughout the season.

Truthfully, if we are to finish in the eight this year we cannot afford to lose any more then three games for the rest of the year, and this will be difficult since we have the second hardest fixture until the finals besides Hawthorn. Soon Ken will have a full strength list to work with, or at least he should, and when he does then he will have no more excuses.

I don't despise Ken, but if we're going to continue to deliver the same performances and results then I'm afraid he will have to take the burden regardless whether he's at fault or not. Our players are suffering from basic skill errors, our injury management has cost us games and our supporters have become distrustful and disconnected from the club, and even if Ken didn't cause these problems he will still need to take the responsibility.

The way this season goes down will be a strong determining factor on whether or not Ken has a future at this club and can hold on to the group, and i'm reading the rest of this book until it ends.
Do you mean if we are to make finals, although briefly, Ken gets to stay?

Not the real point of your post I know, but we shouldn't see the crows as being ruthless when they sacked Sanderson with his 57% record, much more to that than his win/loss numbers.
Fair enough, I only picked Sanderson as a reference point as his sacking was reasonably recent and couldn't think of any other similar example (North's Scott might be similar).

Fun fact, in his 3 years coaching he produced the same number of goalless quarters (4) that Hinkley has in the last 8 games.

Our performance in the finals series would also be an important factor, but regardless I don't think we're likely to sack a coach that makes the eight, unless the board is more ambitious then I expected.

Neil Craig at the crows 157 H&A games - 89 W - 68 L + 9 finals 3 W - 6 L = 92W - 74 L = 55.4% wins.

Is Rucci losing the faith finally? he's not a happy boy today haha good.

As soon as you connect today's buzzword mediocrity with old mate coke guzzler you'll see the light Michelangelo.

Yeah heard that, was great, and Jonas answers the questions with excuses like Ken. Doomed. We are mediocrity.

I Like how he introduced the next segment by pumping up Crows and the way he said it was an indirect attack on Port.

Unlike Hinkley, he was too keen on scoring.

2018: We are gonna storm through the corridor!
2019: We are gonna have an attacking game style!

More spin than Shane Warne.

The Runway!

Yep, and unfortunately I'm not sure that Ken's numbers aren't gonna get worse before it's over. :(

It is time for some new #sackhinkley graphics, I think.

Can I please ask everyone to contribute the most unflattering Ken Hinkley facts, figures, moments, and quotes they can think of? It is time we rammed home the reality of this club's situation to the casual supporters and true believing sheep.

"That was the best win I've been involved in" - Ken Hinkley after beating 16th placed Melbourne by 4 goals.

Official club statement:
Ken Hinkley will remain at Alberton.

That's the clear message of the new three-year contract that will tie him to Port Adelaide as senior coach until at least the end of the 2021 season.

“The club and I had a vision when I started at the end of 2012 and I’m just as committed to Port Adelaide as the club is to me to give our vision every chance to succeed.

“Together we’ve been able to do that so far and it just makes sense that we would continue on in that same direction as a football club and I want to be a part of that.

“Success is built on stability and both Ken and the club understand the importance of ‘staying the journey’. We started a journey together at the end of 2012 and we are looking forward to continuing that commitment to each other for the coming years.
