Not hard to print up a few hundred A5 sack hinkley flyerels, hand out out to 50 ppl walking in, then take photo of them on the ground, like escort cards on the ground in Vegas. Club will be very aware these were handed out. Doesn't matter if to 50 ppl or 5000. They won't know. But they'll feel he heat.

Ken Hinkley will remain at Alberton.

That's the clear message of the new three-year contract that will tie him to Port Adelaide as senior coach until at least the end of the 2021 season.

“The club and I had a vision when I started at the end of 2012 and I’m just as committed to Port Adelaide as the club is to me to give our vision every chance to succeed.

“Together we’ve been able to do that so far and it just makes sense that we would continue on in that same direction as a football club and I want to be a part of that.

“Success is built on stability and both Ken and the club understand the importance of ‘staying the journey’. We started a journey together at the end of 2012 and we are looking forward to continuing that commitment to each other for the coming years.

This is completely demoralizing this club is absolutely stuffed, the damage of this mediocrity that has taken over this club is going to me immeasurable.

They said that coaches these days care more about preventing oppo scores and time in forward half. Scoring comes secondary.

We aren't making finals because we play a completely inefficient game style. Any team that struggles to score the way we do will never be able to steamroll their way into eighth place. Even if we were to miraculously win the next few games in a row, all petrol tickets would be spent.

Heh, everyone's starting to wake up to this being a mediocre club finally?

While I was slow to the sack hinkley party, ive been saying for years we are mediocre.

Next people will wake up and realize that the locker room culture stinks.

We need a full club rebuild starting with the clubs administration and coaching bodies.

If we are having to pay out 2021 and cover the AFL tax for exceeding the soft cap, more like 70-80 per member.

That said, Each of the board members should open their cheque books up and the AFL themselves for appointing the majority of our board. That brings that number down a long way.
