I have just turned 18 and I have been a Collingwood fan my since I was born. I am young enough that I don't remember the bad times of the 90's
and the 70's and the 80's

I'm now 66 years old and living in the States.
The AFL app is pretty good even if you can't find a place that shows the games liveAre you able to watch the games live?
Does it ever end up on TV?
Not all bad...started with a bang in 90 with the Pies winning the first ever 'AFL' GF

The chant on that night will stay with me forever.
It was just the perfect night for it, the chant shut out all other sound. It was spooky
Another game where we played similar footy to that night but only for the last quarter was the Adelaide game.
We kicked 11 goals in the last quarter. It was the game where Taz grabbed his jumper and showed the crowd.
That quarter was as good as I have ever seen by a Collingwood side
Can't argue about the Adelaide game. I was at that match too, and IIRC quite a few Pies fans left at 3/4 time in disgust at how we were playing. Big mistake!

Just on the memories for ye olde supporters, how gobsmacked was everyone watching the 2010 Prelim Final against Geelong. I just couldn't believe what I was witnessing. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. It made the whole dream of a GF win believable.
$100?!! That's outrageous just for one game! You can sign up to AFL TV that will cost you about $100 for every game live or I think ESPN plays one game a week. http://afltv.afl.com.au

That was such a fanastic night. I've never been so calm in the knowledge that we had the game in the bag as that night. As soon as Leroy kicked that goal, our 4th, I said to my two girls that they should soak it all in because we were going to another grand final. It was that night that I let myself beleive that we were going to be premiers again. I must have trained them well, because quite often I'll catch my youngest daughter watching that game. I think she's probably see it more than the GF replay.Spot on Spicey, this is when the Magpie Army was back, our club was back!
Got to 04.35 & 08.50 to see what I mean.
Respect to you and all the other oldies, Gabbo. I am also 66 and also saw Gabbo’s Run — one of the most remarkable, heart-stopping occurrences in the history of the game, I would think. Neil Crompton ruined that day for us (sheer arse, of course), but we have lived to have the last laugh by continuing to support this great club for another 50-plus years.Wow, over 5 years since last poster on this one. I wonder how many are still around.
Anyway, here goes.
