It's usually one of, if not the, last activity, before final selection. It's usually an Evasion/Capture/Interrogation activity. The interrogation phase involves blasting them with loud music, placing their bodies in stress positions, and interrogating them intensively to get them to "break" from their cover story.
A few thoughts...
- I've seen blown light bulbs that were brighter than #1.
- I think she was lying when she said that the knife only went in 1cm. You don't die from knife wounds to the chest which are only 1cm deep. The world is a better place as a result of her partner's departure from it, but she definitely stabbed him deeper than what she said.
- This really does seem to be a condensed version of the celebrity course. We haven't seen anything new, but they do seem to be jamming in twice as much stuff as they did on the celebrity version.
