Try and do something like offer Richmond 5 and a future 3rd for 12 and 19. Offer Gold Coast 12 as a base and throw in a future 2nd or something which points wise is about pick 5-7. Then we've got 19 and 23 to take to the draft, plus some extras if we trade out a few guys.

Could go to Carlton with 10 and 28 too, Bulldogs with 11 and 29, Saints with 9 and 27, split pick 5, get Rankine and a decent 2nd rounder in too.

We ain't getting JHF, if he goes anywhere it will be Powa now we've apparently commited to Rankine.

They will have way more draft collateral to swing the deal if he desperately wants out and it will want to be super enticing to get him out if North insist on holding him to his contract.

Can't see us giving up 5. I think it will be Milera and our 2023 1st with GC 2023 2nd coming back to us. Milera will lessen the loss of Rankine for GC. It also gets his contract off our books.

BF playstation stuff. We don't hold the whip hand like last year with Dawson who we paid well unders for.

Dodoro at Essendon says, yes do that, we'll take him with a pick in the PSD before you. Al Clarkson would also be eyeing him with interest too. Both clubs have plenty of salary cap to play with. AFL have a watching brief on negotiations as well, they own GC of course.

We just need to get this deal agreed to before trade period starts, first deal lodged, then quickly move onto other trades. Time to be bold.
