I have no ill feelings towards that particular hue.

Dissapointed to see DGB out. Wanted him to string together some games.

Especially after he did a good job last week. Hard to see how DGB and Weddle fit in the same team currently though

Very excited to see Weddle get his chance. Ramsden less so but I hope to be surprised. Interesting to see DGB getting shipped back to the reserves. There was a pretty heated debate in the Adelaide autopsy thread about whether he played well in that game despite only getting three possessions. I think we can can get a pretty good indication by his omission this week about whether Mitchell and the selection panel think he’s doing his job.

After the the exposé on the throw dogs from Joey, it turns out no one wants to umpire our game. They are on a hiding to nothing, continue allowing them to throw face the ramifications for that, call them on it, and lose their jobs.

I'm not sure about that given the number of quality young players who are outs. Mackenzie's out, so is Macdonald.

He's in year three, has played two games in a bottom of the ladder team and has now been replaced by a player in year one (albeit looks an exciting prospect).

We also know from ITK posters, the club wants to chase a key position defender.

I'm certainly not saying delist, but gee, you'd have to be damn optimistic at this point to think DGB is going to be the elite player we hoped.

Anyway, we move on. Excited to see Weddle and Ramsden debut. We're also much better than last week with Lewis, Day and Ward back.
