It’s just unpaid salary that has boosted Port’s salary cap, in fact those 3 games they’re not paying him is unused space they can roll over to next year.

Does the AFL's Integrity Unit do anything?

With the Charlie Cameron character reference bonus to get off a suspension, would the Integrity Unit look at something like that and ask questions?

Or do they only look outward?

Im saying an even larger fine, no match day suspension, and the money goes somewhere useful

Also re: Finlayson - his contract structure matters, his match payment component might not even be very much.

The balance between fixed, guaranteed salary and variable match payments varies player to player
