Hewett isn't a mid/forward.Think we're fairly happy with Hewett but good for Kennedy playing well with a fresh start

And Hewett is having a career best year playing more on ball minutes and kicking more goals than previously from the midfield.Hewett isn't a mid/forward.
Kennedy has 7 goals in his last 5 games, 7 goal assists overall and is going at about 6 score involvements per game.
Great clubman. Great to see him playing well.Classic win/win trade.
Much like Macrae to the Saints.
Macrae out, Kennedy in was a great move by Footscray. They brought someone in who could add genuine scoreboard impact as a mid/forward. Something Macrae couldn't do. They already have much higher end versions of Macrae as full time midfielders.Classic win/win trade.

Classic case of win winAnd Hewett is having a career best year playing more on ball minutes and kicking more goals than previously from the midfield.
A win win trade for the Dogs and the Blues.
Just tuning in, how’s Busslinger debut?
Looks like he's already played 30-40 games. For a KPD debutant, can't ask anything more. He's not scared of getting involved in the play after the first contest either.Just tuning in, how’s Busslinger debut?
He's not a mid/forward. Kennedy is - 14 goals/assists so far. Carlton are being forced to move Cripps forward, when he is the competition's best stoppage midfielder. And Hewett is having a career best year playing more on ball minutes and kicking more goals than previously from the midfield.

lol only a salty turnip would draw comparisons between the Freijah and Archer incidentsFreijah created that contact, but then again archer got 3 weeks when the dogs player created the contact too
We needed someone more defensive but who could also play HF.Macrae out, Kennedy in was a great move by Footscray. They brought someone in who could add genuine scoreboard impact as a mid/forward. I'm going dimming. Is it the broadcast quality or are the lights at the ground dimming/fading a bit??
I saw that. Didn't the crowd make a noise too?Is it the broadcast quality or are the lights at the ground dimming/fading a bit??
Cripps has been playing forward because Mckay and Curnow have either been out of the side or underdone and Kemp went down injured too who was our other marking option. Elijah Hollands would be playing Kennedy's role but he was also out for... reasons... We've already lived through life with Kennedy on the list and unfortunately it just wasn't a great fit despite being a very good player in his own right. Just like GAJ, Selwood, Danger didn't work out as well as you'd think on paper when Gaz returned home from Gold Coast, sometimes you have too many of the same type. He's not a mid/forward. Mid/forwards are incredibly valuable. Geelong have one in Mannagh. Carlton would love to add a Kennedy or Mannagh type player to their team.
Stringer has to be the worst recruit of the year. Just awful.
Daniel at least gets the ball and looks like he's trying.Caleb Daniel tops him.
Stringer cost much less
