Im not suggesting the kid is a gun, though I still think he is a midfielder at AFL level.

He does 2 or 3 good things each game, and i feel confident when hes got the ball in his his hands..... issue is thats not very often at the moment.

Yeah, "desperate" to take MotY so he'll be remembered for something positive.
It's sad really, but I bet he knows his days are numbered.

The Good: The consistency. Winning the games they should win. Meanwhile, players like Keane and Curtin are improving as we go.
The Bad: Rachel's knee injury. Fingers crossed it's minor.
The Ugly: Our forwards playing behind and our players kicking it to Melbourne defenders, who were in front, for the majority of the first 15 minutes of the game.
Overall, a good win against a team with plenty of good players. Top 4 is in our control.

Weird game. Two truly odd free kicks against Tex stood out. Also gave away lots of 50m penalties. Woz walking the ball over the line and then it not being called at the other end, the umpring cannot continue to be that inconsistent.
Melbourne missed everything in Q1 and we seemed to think May was on our team. Dawson fell off the planet in Q2, Filthy couldn't catch a cold. Somehow we win.
- We made tactical changes:
- Went 1:1 to stop Melbourne posessing the ball
- Put more numbers around stoppages
- Tex deeper so May was on him instead of Filthy
- Berry not on Kosi (which was not awful, but Bez wasn't doing much offensively... and then was a big part of the Q3 midfield resurgence)
- Butts to Melksham
- Not sure what we changed with Dawson in Q3 but it worked (maybe he was off the field lols)
- Sir Izak
- The Fog
- No idea why we needed so long to make said tactical changes. It was obvious in Q1 we were in a mess.
- Dissappointed with Taylors game, but unsure it's on him. Not sure what we are trying to do with him. One nice goal, but not nearly enough of the ball, seemed to be nowhere near the ball all game long.
- Murphy must have had a negative AFL fantasy score I think

Would be nice to see him play half back, where's hes played all his best footy

You could put a crows jumper on a witches hat and it would out performed Murphy. Other than the 1 goal I thought Taylor was flat out awful today. I don't care he only played 20 afl games, awful is awful.

We dont seem to like shifting players around in season.
Its why we were all stunned last week when we did it with Max.
Isaac hasn't been bad, he just hasn't got the big numbers people thought we'd get
