No issue with what Mini said about Harley - We all love how he plays, but he is still learning the limits obviously. That overhead throw in the last quarter was really dumb, as was the no sidestep kick on the full during the same quarter.

I don't care about banter with opposition players, he isn't the first athlete that uses picking a fight as a motivator.

Interesting that Ken Hinkley talked to Harley after the game and told him he liked the way he played.
That is a compliment from a player and coach of many years. Ken is a class act.

He gets in verbal altercations with players post game and makes gestures to the crowd and media when he wins.

On what planet is Ken Hinkley classy?

Why isn't Ken classy, Is it because he gave the Hawthorn posers a serve last year?
Have a look at his playing and coaching record. How many other coaches would tell a opposition player they like the way he plays. That's a lot classier act than what Mitchell pulled at Barrass's wedding and also with Oscar.

Watched a replay as I wasn't able to see it live.

Brockman was our cleanest with the slippery ball.

Dewar impressed early especially but faded ever so slightly.

Cole and Edwards were very good down back. Edwards with 1 mistake for the game, our best on I think ahead of Baker.

Ginbey got beaten a few times but he fights it out until the end.

Reid good at clearance work but his open play stuff lacked the usual polish.

Commentary was abysmal, mostly because of Ruiccuito. What a miserable man he is. Just constantly having digs at Harley and whinging about things that he has just made up in his head or read in the papers.

Derm is ok, but saying that Cole "sold a right foot" in a dummy as if he's a left-footer, then Cole proceeds to kick upfield on his right. Also "The umpire could have blown on him there" is a questionable turn of phrase.

Butters surely a victim of FAS?

Hewett and Hough pretty invisible. Hewett's first quarter was very impressive but that was it, after that there wasn't much input from either.

Clay Hall a respectable game, hit his handballs mostly and even a few neat kicks and one beauty going forwards.
