Sometimes missing games matters, sometimes it doesn’t. Generally once they’ve played a certain amount of games, they compare on average. Darcy will either qualify or not, if he does, playing a few less than ROB won’t matter.

Anyone thinking that was a bad game needs their head read. That was intense finals pressure from the first minute with the majority of the game played in very slippery conditions. They threw their best punch, we saw that and said I'll raise you. Collingwood only kicked THREE GOALS after quarter time.

And then to win the arm wrestle and hold on in that finish. We've now done it against Brisbane, Collingwood, Hawthorn, Gold Coast, Bulldogs and GWS. Instead of being on the losing end of close finishes, we've been on the winning end almost every time. This is a seriously good football side. After so many years of garbage it's still hard to take it all in.

Our back six is elite. Worrell and Keane - I don't think I've ever seen two KPDs improve so much in one season. We have multiple genuine superstars who can win the big moments that win big finals. To go all the way, it'll be important we get Max and Rash back, for their own contributions but also to consign our current 21-23 players to the seconds.

I hope inside the four walls they can keep the lid on. Nothing is going to be easy from here. But we couldn't be better positioned to give it a red hot crack.

The backmen were great, but I have to admit every time Keane gets the ball I have my heart in my mouth. Clearly his good outweighs his bad, but gee he gives my health a workout each time

There is a minimum #games required to qualify ....but can't remember the number, although 16 pops into my head

Ugly: The guy infront of me got up and left with 3:11 to go on the clock in clutch time in one of the critical games of the season.

He always leaves 2 mins early and has missed Thilly's late goal a few games ago.

Traffic must really annoy him to miss being part of that crowd roar.

I was the same until about 10 weeks ago. He has become one of our most reliable players when under impression.

The constant whinging about umpiring when a Vic side is on the wrong end of things. Its absolutely glorious.

But its also why we needed to get that top 2 spot because you just know we'd be up against it.

If you read our games day thread you’d be excused for thinking we were totally rogered. We got 2 goals from the goal square they shouldn’t have and one from a throw in that should have been recalled. Although, it ultimately favoured their club and he had 2 easy options directly in front of him. Was almost impossible to gift us an easy snap, but he did it.
