Curtin was terrible in his first games. But IMHO was never this terrible. And has only really come good after an entirely new position was invented that perfectly suits his style of play.

Today I learnt: The Crows invented the Wing position.

That last quarter of umpiring is up there with 2015 Dogs at Etihad and 2012 Hawks Prelim as the most blatant incompetence (at best) have ever seen.

Not alarm bells for Draper at this stage, underwhelming yes but give time, was managed all preseason. Curtin looked completely lost on ball last year when we tried it, looked much better this year in there.
Bond got killed today, Curtis is too good.
Midfield killed at clearance again. Soligo is very up and down.
